One of the essential aspects of effective team leadership is inspiring others with our mission. And to do that, we need to be able to articulate both our company’s mission and our own mission.
This workshop has two parts. In the first part, we will explore the foundation behind Simon Sinek’s (Brandeis ’95) concept of WHY and how it relates to starting and growing a successful business. In the second part, we will apply these insights and develop the foundation of our own WHY statements.
