Finding customers, figuring out how to generate revenue, getting partners – those are the real key to a profitable enterprise. In this session, we’ll use the Business Model Canvas, the same core tool used in the NSF I-Corps program, to help ideate the details of how to actually run your business.

- Identify potential customer segments and key partnerships for an effective go-to-market plan
- Build a revenue model, cost estimates, and other financial concepts
